"Hey, yo, it's me, TobyMac, and I don't mean to trouble you I'm feeling fresher than a night at the W You're probably saying 'Toby, we've heard quite enough of you With God and your rhymes and that freaky Jesus stuff you do Like always pushing for that racial diversity Leave us alone, we're at home in our fantasies I know a guy who knows a guy who has brown skin Once in a while, it so happens I'm around him' We'll never be a shining city on a hill, ya'll Until we show and prove to the people what is real, ya'll It's like we're stale dirty water in the tub of life Give me a fire that inspires all the world tonight Give me a fire that inspires all the world tonight"

A pretty good challenge there, if you ask me.
I started drawing this today and was using a photo of him, which I got in the mail as a special gift because of the Christmas sale at his site, as reference. What's funny, though, is that he had some shades on, but I decided not to draw them because of all the reflections But yeah, Toby's awesome! He's one of my favorite singers, and he's got a lot of great messages!
While I was drawing this, I was thinking, "Hey! I might as well make this my New Years/ late Christmas gift to everyone!" Plus, as a friend of mine once said, "Everybody loves TobyMac"!
Also, I kinda rushed after finishing his hair. So his shirt and the closer part of his arm were rushed, but his arm was blurred in the photo anyway, so it worked out...kinda. I'll probably fix those and his hair a little bit later, though
Anyway, I've gotta thank =Cataclysm-X for making such helpful tutorials!
Medium: Wooden pencil, eraser, kneaded eraser, two tissues

Random Edit: At first I was frustrated that this looks so light when it was scanned, but then I noticed that if you tilt your computer screen back a little bit, this picture looks much more like it does on paper!
Edit 2: Fixed his hair and arm, but I still want to define the wristbands, blend the background, and blend the hair some more. Now if only I can find my tortollions...
