TF - Amidst the War

Humanized Optimus Prime and Elita-One, based on =Lecidre's designs, though I gave them my own outfits. ^^

The idea came from the thought of how one of the few times Optimus and Elita would be able to see each other during the war outside of battle would probably be if they happened to wind up in the same medical facility if they were injured. I mean, it was a planet-wide war with multiple fronts, so I doubt they'd see each other all the time. At least, that's how my thought process went. xD

I sketched this while I was still in the middle of some calibrations watching G1 about a month or two ago, but I didn't have a tablet to ink/color it till just recently. Since then, I've discovered that G1 Elita is my favorite femme (so far), and OPxE1 is my franchise-wide OTP. ...I already knew that Optimus is my favorite Autobot.

I don't know which continuity I had in mind while drawing this, but between my using a G1 screenshot of Teletraan I as the background and the TFP Matrix of Leadership, and that I have no knowledge of any of the comics (if anyone has any recommendations, let me know), I'll just consider it a mix. xD
