A few of the major ones that I noticed right away though:
1.) The shadowing under the chin. In two spots it juts out like some sort of batman-esque cape shadow, and the lowest edge is slightly too defined/sharp.
2.) The dimple on his left (our right) cheek. It's placement makes his lips appear to be beveled out of his skin, kind of like joker. Dang, two batman references... I checked out your reference photo and noticed the mark is more to the upper right of the image, longer, and slightly less pronounced of a curve.
3.) His right eye (our left) is a little too dark around the edges. Gives it sort of a Terminator type of look and makes it appear to be substantially bigger than the left (right to us. And yes, I do know that you know how to flip directions
4.) It's probably stupid I'm even pointing this out, but on the right side of the hood of his jacket, on the inside there are two lines representing minor folds in the cloth and they are too dark. Following my movie theme, this reminds me of the Symbiont from Spiderman 3 crawling up from beneath his clothes.
Hopefully I'm not be too critical there. They were just some things that caught my eye. Btw, did you try the traditional "flip the image vertically and/or horizontally"? That always shows me tons of errors, the tough part is deciding which one to try to fix.
P.S. Yes, you could totally smoke me in drawing skills and therefore you have every right to call me a pompous weasel face. However, just remember that Weird Al thinks weasel faced men are cool (otherwise he wouldn't have written a song with one in it) and that I am very good at finding errors and determining how to fix them

I already read though your post, but I'll be going back and re-reading it with drawing and ref picture in hand a little later. But yeah, I did actually use a printed out version of the picture (printer usually prints with a higher contrast) as reference so I could take it to school and such, but I'll definitely look at those points again. Thanks! lol
